"Elena"
We are proud to announce that Elena gained her title at the Tulsa Area Cluster Show in style being awarded WB at the Papillon Club of Tusla Specialty with a 5 Point Major and the following day again being awarded WB with another 5 Point Major at the Bartlesville Kennel Club. All Elena's points have come from the Bred-By-Exhibitor Class. Elena is just 16 months of age and what makes her success even more notable is the fact that after a successful start to her show career she was badly bitten by a rattlesnake at the end of May 2006 and it was for some time touch and go as to whether she would survive and certainly given her injury we had doubts as to whether she would ever return to the show ring. Just over two months later she returned to the show ring at the Corpus Cristi Kennel Club, Inc. Show on August 13, 2006, where she took WB and BOS gaining two points, and was also Best Bred-By-Exhibitor. A remarkable recovery, she is such a brave little girl with a wonderful nature and we are very proud of her. Elena is our first puppy from our UK Imports.
